  Food is all prepackaged fast food, seating is uncomfortable, no service at all and slow.

  Taco Tuesday yum!

  easy access on rt40. lots of food on the 3 taco plate. served with rice and beans- was able to refill drink for the car.

  Love Rosa’s: Glad to bring pup!

  We love Rosa’s Cafe as a relaxing sit down feeling restaurant with great flavor but quick pace. This is the first time we’ve traveled with our dog Rubi, and we were so happy to see that it’s dog friendly! i agree with the previous reviewer: 1. Ordering is awkward. There are two of is, so we could take turns ordering separately, while one stayed on the patio with Rubi. Otherwise ordering drive through and taking it to the patio would work. 2. At 6:15 pm in July the patio is shaded, but not much airflow or breeze. The highway traffic noise is quite noticeable. There are other Rosa’s in Amarillo with patios but we are trying to make good time along I-40 so we didn’t mind the road noise. Great food and a little time out of the car for Rubi!!

  Great Once You Get Settled

  I usually go to the Rosa's on Hillside and Hollywood. If you're by yourself you will have to go through the drivethrough to order, but overall it is a pretty good experince. The garden around the fence means that most people walking by don't even notice that you have a dog, and the staff doesn't bother you at all when you sit on the patio. There is a lot of traffic noise, but overall a good experience. 4 stars due to the complication when ordering and traffic noise. Really good food though!
