They also boast a diverse wine and beer list. 219 Bistro is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 3:00pm. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday through Saturday from 5:00pm to 11:00pm, and Sunday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.       Delicious Dinner

      Josie and Dotti were welcomed by large bowls of water while their parents had nice cocktails and wine. Our smiling server was attentive and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. All our requests were answered, “Of course!” The outdoor dining space was pretty limited and very narrow.
      The hostess apologized that the only table for 4 had been taken before our arrival. We all said we would return on our next visit to Norfolk.
