Sweet Grass Restaurant
There are five outside tables at Sweet Grass where you can sit with your dog. Sweet Grass is bringing Southern cuisine to the Bloomington area. You can start off your meal with a Southern classic, Pimento Cheese Spread, or Fried Green Tomatoes. There are quite a few sandwiches, salads and burgers on the menu, as well as entrees like Low Country Boil and Shrimp and Grits. There is also a section of Asian influenced dishes, like the fusion style Beef Burgundy or Sichuan Smoky Dish. Open Monday through Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm.

They allow dogs outside on their nice patio area and serve good food. My only complaint would be the amount of traffic Rogers is seeing right now due to all the road construction, but I'm not going to take any bones away from this restaurant for that.
