  Testa’s treats your dog right!

  We stopped for lunch and it was delicious! Shrimp tacos, chowder and grilled cheese, haddock sandwich and even a burger for our dog! Super friendly, thoughtful staff. We will be back again!

  Great food and service, kind staff, dog menu

  We stopped for dinner. Had the fish blackened fish tacos which were spicy and yummy. Husband had the lobster roll, which he enjoyed. we ordered a side of bacon for our dog Daisy which she loved, and was given a fresh bowl of water. Seated inside, upstairs in a booth, which our dog liked too!

  Super Dog Friendly!

  They brought my dog water right away and let us sit inside for breakfast (most places here want you on the patio) and the dog menu was great! My food was amazing - I had the blueberry stuffed French toast!

  Great Food and Dog Friendly

  They asked if Frannie wanted some water. We then looked over their pup menu and she enjoyed the crockpot shredded chicken.

  So good to our pup!

  We stopped in on a rare super hot day to get a break from the heat. We sat upstairs in a non-air conditioned area, so that part was not the best. However, before we even were greeted, the staff brought our pup a very full bowl of water to make sure she stayed cool. They even have a menu just for dogs! The food was hot and so good, the beers were nice and cold. Staff was GREAT! I highly recommend!

  They love pups 🥰

  We brought our goldendoodle, Harry, here multiple times during our trip. As soon as we were seated they brought him out a bowl of water. They even allowed him to sit inside the restaurant during lunch!

  Dogs allowed, but no service

  if I could give this 0 bones, I would. like another review, we were seated at a distant patio. no server came to take our order. after 20 minutes, we left. it almost felt like we were being punished for having a dog. there are plenty of other restaurant options that are actually friendly and serve you. we will not be back.

  Very Dog Friendly!

  Testas was a great place to enjoy a great dinner with our pup. Server was very accommodating and brought her a dish of water. Food was excellent as well. One of the only places in Bar Harbor to stay open late so that’s also a positive! Five bones.

  Not as friendly

  We stopped here for lunch and while the food was good, the dog-friendly part was not. We were taken to an upstairs outside balcony which shook every time a waiter walked on it. Nothing was offered to our two dogs, and no effort was made to see to their comfort. If your dogs are not good with stairs or are the least bit uncomfortable with heights, avoid!

  Nice Place

  We came across Testa's for lunch. I remember seeing them on Bringfido so we went in. Very accommodating to us and our dog. My wife ordered iced tea expecting a normal black tea, but, it was a blend which gave her a slight allergic reaction after a sip. If other than regular black tea, they should be sure to let people know. No problem switching it to a coke. Food was good. While the burger looked like it was a frozen prepared burger, it was very tasty. Prices in this area are high, this restaurant was no exception. Would go back however.

  Great View!

  We had lunch here with our pup. They were super accommodating and let us sit upstairs at a great table! Food was good and the servers were great!

  Great breakfast, friendly service

  After being told cafe this way would be an hour wait for me and my pup, we stumbled across Testa. Only a few outside tables but they were able to sit us right away and happily brought my dog a water bowl without me needing to ask. Blueberry pancakes were delicious!

  Perfectly Prepared Lobster with our Pooches!

  Great menu, excellent service. Very accommodating to our dogs with outdoor seating. Even in the rain we had a great meal.
