George's French Bistro
Georges Youssef whips up fresh, authentic French cuisine from crepes and French Onion Soup to steaks, seafood, and other staples, all paired with wines from an extensive cellar and served in a business-casual cafe ambiance at George's French Bistro. Fido is welcome to join at the dog-friendly outdoor seating area; bring him along and sample the Parisien Cheese Dip with warm ricotta cheese, nicoises olive, oregano, tomato, and olive oil served with grilled French baguette, then go for a main of Duck Confit, Salmon, or Chicken Paillard, served with potato Parisien, arugula salad, and lemon caper sauce. George's French Bistro is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 9:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 10:00pm.

We were in Wichita for a FastCat trial. We ate on the patio. it was Prom night so the dogs saw some amazing dresses…they took great care of us.
