The pet-friendly Paulina Lake Lodge Restaurant and Bar offers a few picnic tables with umbrellas for you to sit at outside with your dog and take in the view. Built in 1929, the lodge itself is like a rustic cabin, and the hearty food reflects the aesthetic with Ling Cod Fish and Chips, caught off the Oregon coast, and Prime Rib (on Saturdays only and reservations are required). Homemade Seasonal Cobbler is available for dessert, with an optional scoop of ice cream, of course. Open Wednesday through Friday 11am to 7pm. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. Visit Website

Not worth going
Resort is very dog friendly; lake is beautiful. But, cabins are overpriced and flea infested. Staff is surly and nasty. Rental boats are unsafe.
