Their menu offerings include homemade bagels and cream cheese, artisan sandwiches on homemade bread, soups, salads, smoothies, cookies, pastries, and sweet treats. Ruby K's Bagel Cafe is open weekdays from 7am to 4pm and weekends from 7am to 3pm.
