Although they explore modern tastes and trends, you'll recognize lots of the Mexican food on the menu. Served by the pair, the enchiladas and tacos are a hit with local diners. One of the most popular fillings for the enchiladas is the roasted butternut squash, served with caramelized onions, spinach, mole, and queso fresco. Agave Cocina and Tequilas is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm, Friday from 11am to 12am, Saturday from 10am to 12am, and Sunday from 10am to 10pm.
