Clinch River Brewing, located in Norris, TN, is a casual brewery and restaurant that serves up a variety of delicious grub. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a cold beer (of course) and an order of the Warm Bavarian Soft Pretzel served with jalapeno beer cheese. Next, chow down on the Pork Carnitas with potato hash, scrambled egg, roasted peppers and onions, buttermilk cheddar, garlic aioli, white bean salad, and warm tortillas. Or go for the Piggy Back Sandwich with Benton's bacon, beer-braised pork shoulder, pickles, buttermilk cheddar, sweet chili sauce, and southern chow-chow on toasted French bread. Great stop after hiking with the pooch.
This was a great place to visit for a beer and snack after hiking the nearby trails with our dog. The patio is cozy and dog friendly. They had plenty of water bowls scattered around for the dogs. Several of the employees came out to visit our dog and bring him biscuits. There was a real cool trout pond in the middle of patio. I highly recommend this place to visit if you are in the area.
