Hudson's Gastropub
Hudson's Gastropub, located in Chico, CA, is a casual bar and eatery that serves up a variety of delicious fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a cold beer and an order of the Nachos topped with house-smoked pulled pork or beef short rib, jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, ranchero sauce, pico de gallo, avocado creme fraiche, and a jalapeno-ranch drizzle. Next, chow down on the unique Sriracha Shrimp Pizza topped with shrimp, sriracha cream, cilantro, red onions, grilled corn salsa, cheese, and queso fresco. Or go for the Hudson’s Burger - a half-pound steak and bacon burger topped with smoked cheddar, roasted garlic aioi, and crispy fried onions. Hudson's Gastropub is open Monday from 3pm to 9pm, Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 9pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 10am to 9pm.
