No go
Got there... place looked like a dive. There were people inside eating and drinking, but a sign outside said "Thanks for a great season... see you next year... blah blah...". Opened the door anyway, but immediately were told they were closed.

Pirate patio & galley at Old Orchard Beach
this place is VERY dog friendly! when we ordered, the waiter also brought iced water and a big bowl for our pup! you can walk through the restaurant with you dog, which is nice (you aren’t a second rate customer). they have a lovely outdoor bar & picnic tables in the sand. right on the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean at OOB! love this spot! we found it on the app. thanks 🥰
