      Excellent Evening

      After being turned away from Market Harvest. We went to Row and had a wonderful night surrounded by wonderful people. Highly recommend the Mussels.

      Upscale,quiet, and shady

      the location is between two buildings so it stays shady. Creative seafood menu. prices are higher than other places, but the food is very good. Tables are spread out far enough that more sensitive pups have plenty of space to not be bothered by others.
