  Great hole in the wall

  had the brisket, slaw and beans. Delicious. ate on the porch with my pooch. staff was attentive, bought extra food to take home.

  Owners have no ethics

  Please educate yourself on the owners of this place before treating it as though it’s an animal friendly location. Don’t support this behavior. News article online so you can make an informed decision before visiting. He is part of this business and has been arrested for animal cruelty.

  Great find pretty much right off the highway

  Delicious food, generous portions, friendly family owned place - greeted with a bowl of water for our dog - would stop again

  Excellent BBQ

  We stopped on a ride up to Cooks Forest, so glad I found this place because it will now be a regular stop for us. I had the brisket and the Mrs had the pulled pork. She likes BBQ and I love BBQ and she said she would drive back up there just for it, that should tell you everything. They also welcomed our Chihuahua and he even met the owner.
