Nice staff, okay dog walking
Super 8 by Wyndham Bridgeport/Clarksburg AreaIf your pooch likes grass, there is some here although it's a bit sloped. Neighboring businesses have a nice lawn with a little creek. The hotel is simple, the breakfast minimal, the highway traffic loud and constant.
Not good!
Days Inn by Wyndham GrantsThere is nowhere to walk dogs here except a lot that didn't feel safe at night. The hotel double booked my room and someone tried to come in - pushed the door - at about 10 pm. There is a train that goes by almost every fifteen minutes so it's really noisy. The rooms were clean but not enough to make this a good place to stay.
Nice staff, dog park 1 mile away
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Limon I-70 an IHG HotelThe hotel staff are great, the room was clean, the breakfast was ample. The dog walking area was more dirt and garbage than anything else. That doesn't work for our pooches. But, we were directed to the railroad memorial park which was great for a romp. There is a little grass in the front of the hotel.
Not so dog friendly
Super 8 by Wyndham Pierre SDThere was no actual place to walk the pooches. Stairs were needed to get down to our rooms (not a plus for our dogs) and the room was not clean. The good news is that there are wonderful parks along the Missouri to walk dogs.
Great staff, service, rooms
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Toledo PerrysburgThe dogs loved the quiet room and ample green space for walks, etc. Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. service was excellent, the best that we experienced in our cross country trip. This was the first place where we had to sign a pet agreement.
Very noisy, little dog walking space
Gold Country Inn and Casino by Red Lion HotelsEven though we had ground floor rooms, still had to navigate a bunch of stairs to the room. The dog walking area is small and had unpicked up poop on it. Not cool though none was stepped in. Simple rooms, lots of noise from AC and outside.
Crummy dog walking area
Days Inn by Wyndham CasperWalking two young dogs on a stone-filled area was hazardous. Along with rooms on the second floor, this was a challenging place to stay with pups.
