Great spot for us and our pup!
Byron T Saloon at the Plaza HotelStopped for lunch and asked about sitting outside with our dog. The server invited us and our dog into the bar as it was a hot July afternoon. The food was delicious. The people couldn't have been kinder. We will definitely stop there and stay at the Plaza Hotel the next we drive through. We will go even if we don't have our dog with us.

Great for the price
Econo Lodge SocorroDon't be discouraged by the older looking exterior. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Our dog was welcomed and there is a large gravel area for exercise and potty business. We would definitely stay here again.

In need of a refresh
Super 8 by Wyndham Hill City/Mt Rushmore/ AreaThe staff was nice other than smoking right outside the front door. The sheets were clean and the shower hot. The whole place is dingy, old, and needs a refresh. I don't recommend it.

Nice park!
Garden City Dog ParkThis was our desert dog's first adventure to a dog park with grass! A great spot for a run. The dog water faucet didn't drain so there was a bit of algae. Would have been nice to have a people spot to pee as well.
