Walked into the Room and Left the Property

We were going to stay at this place, the second we walked into the room we reconsidered. It wasn’t until we found the second spot of black mold growing on the ceiling that we put everything back into the car and left.

Peeling paint, dresser was destroyed, a hole in the carpet, exposed wires, water damage in the bathroom. Not to mention the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. Never again. We paid for a bigger room, and I sincerely expected more.

Very Clean, Just Dated

First off we are traveling with 3 cats and one dog. This hotel only accepts 2 pets max typically. Thankfully the nice guy allowed us to just keep our reservation instead of having us find a new hotel. I am very grateful.

The room was a good size, there was no laundry in the room. Everything promised on this site wasn’t in the room. But it’s fine, the room was clean, the bed was soft, sheets were clean. There was no way for my cats to get behind/under the bed. Huge plus! It wasn’t a bad room if you’re looking for somewhere to simply sleep. Decor was dated, but it was clean. Most of my complaints have to do with this website offering things that did not pan out. I would have gotten a smaller room if I knew there wasn’t a laundry in the one I rented. It was the only reason I upgraded.

I would suggest to always call the hotel before booking to confirm information.
