Didn’t feel safe because no personal lock. AC so loud TV had to be blaring. Sheets & blankets stained & no fridge or microwave. Front desk gentleman was very nice at check-in.

Black mold in AC unit, a awful smell in the room and bed with bugs. Filthy please in an awful area. My dogs did not want to walk into the room. We checked in and out in 15 minutes. The owners clearly do not care about the public health. The place should be shut down by the health department. The girl at check-in expected it when I came back in and told her of the filth. Just a nasty place. Take it off your list. I feel violated for walking into the room. Very disappointed in this place and the experience.

As with Red Roof Inns we encountered, they are all undergoing major renovations...and none too soon. It took the manager 10 minutes to leave his supervision of reno to come to the office so we could register. There was no microwave, coffee pot or hot water. We did get the coffee maker but only tepid water for shower. If the property is going to be that hard to deal with, they should close until reno is done. The only good was that a Waffle House was within an easy walk and there were good places to walk our dogs. My advice: if a description says entrance to the room is from an exterior corridor give it a wide berth.

They mentioned renovating but should be torn down. Chipped paint and even the door safety latch is broken. Safe rusty. After staying In a red roof plus last night I am amazed red roof even allows their name to be used with this property. Totally disgusting and nothing like the pictures the website shows!!

We were going to stay at this place, the second we walked into the room we reconsidered. It wasn’t until we found the second spot of black mold growing on the ceiling that we put everything back into the car and left.
Peeling paint, dresser was destroyed, a hole in the carpet, exposed wires, water damage in the bathroom. Not to mention the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. Never again. We paid for a bigger room, and I sincerely expected more.

If I could give this zero bones and warning I would. There were burn holes and ashes on the bed, dirt on the wall, and mold on the a/c.! My dog ran to the door and scratched to leave. The manager was having a coffee party with friends and was uninterested in the conditions. The photo of this motel is misleading. It is small and run down. I will never stay at any Red Roof Inn. I am a community health nurse and anywhere else they would shut this place down.
