Turned away

I was going to check in with my service dog but that didn't happen. They asked if if he was registered? Do I have papers for him? What and how does he help you? I told her and she didn t believe me. A guy also said he is too little to help you from chair or top of stairs but he does. He said he has a dog he has been training for years and it takes a long time to train them. You are not allowed to ask certain questions. I'm just wondering if he wasn't a service dog, do they still treat your dogs like they are nothing?

I have been to Hyatts and a bunch of hotels but I was never been treated so rude. I had never been so humiliated for my family, my working dog and me. We have been traveling all of United States on this trip. My dog was so tired and he just needed a place to lay down at. Hyatt used to be one of my hotels I like to stay at but I won't again. They were supposed to allow pets but my little guy wasn't. You don't know how bad this made me feel. There was no refund for us either. Decided vote was they just wanted a pet deposit.

Great stay

This was a great hotel. My pet was treated great. Hotel was nice and clean.

My furry boy loved it

They treated my baby like a king. He is like a furry son to me. The rooms were great.

A great Hotel

Clean, friendly staff, restaurant was great. They had a little doggie relief area; it was artificial but that makes it great. My little guy got 2 bowls, treats, a bed, and a mat to put under the dog bowls. So yes I would definitely recommend this. If they don't give your doggies items the just ask the door hop and he will get it for ya. If that doesn't work go to front entrance.

Hotel was nice. They had a bar on site. It's nice place to get away.

Nice stay

Restaurant connected to motel, bar also connected. Breakfast wasn't free but that's because it's a restaurant that serves awesome food. My service dog was a very good boy. Motel welcomed him. Yes rooms were small but I enjoyed this motel.
