Unique Hotel

Mizpah Hotel

Mizpah Hotel is a comfortable place to stay. I have stayed in this hotel twice with my two Miniature Schnauzers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and could use some maintenance, but the decor is unique and interesting. The rooms and environs are clean; beds are good and firm. The pet fee is high, but the Mizpah is probably the best place to stay in Tonopah. Dogs are allowed in the bar area, but not in the dining room. Food can be ordered and eaten in the bar area. There isn't a designated dog area outside, so they have to be walked in the gravel/parking/street areas in the back of the hotel; hence the one bone deduction in the rating.

Dog approved

La Quinta by Wyndham Las Vegas Summerlin Tech

All the information said the dog fee was $20 for two dogs (very reasonable) but the clerk wanted to charge $20 per dog. When I said my reservation provided for $20 per room, they changed the charge to $20. Room is large and there are grassy areas around the dog poop location on the back side of the building. There was some freeway noise and plumbing issues with the room. Would stay there again.

Almost 5 bones!

Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

Great pet-friendly hotel. The staff is really supportive and our Miniature Schnauzer loved his stay. The only issue was that the dog relief area was small and had a strong ammonia smell, making is less than inviting for the dog. We would stay here again. The hotel is first class and a great place to stay.
