Hotel is extremely dog friendly. However, the rooms could use updating as faucets were old and difficult to use and bed linens were torn.

Very clean and small quaint rooms. We had drinks and dinner in the bar with our fur baby. From the parking lot there are a few steps but you can go up the front side walk.

Mizpah Hotel is a comfortable place to stay. I have stayed in this hotel twice with my two Miniature Schnauzers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and could use some maintenance, but the decor is unique and interesting. The rooms and environs are clean; beds are good and firm. The pet fee is high, but the Mizpah is probably the best place to stay in Tonopah. Dogs are allowed in the bar area, but not in the dining room. Food can be ordered and eaten in the bar area. There isn't a designated dog area outside, so they have to be walked in the gravel/parking/street areas in the back of the hotel; hence the one bone deduction in the rating.

Really nice historic hotel in the middle of nowhere Nevada. Very dog friendly, allowing the dog in lobby and they served us dinner and breakfast in lobby. Limited green grass because you’re in the dessert, but just a couple blocks away was a nice triangular grassy park. Felt like going back in time to the old west.

Dogs are allowed in the lobby and bar area where you can order food. There is a big dirt lot in the back where the dogs can potty. The only issue I had was the couple of steps to enter and more to get into the lobby which my larger dogs were unsure about and almost made me fall.

This hotel was accommodating. You can bring your dog into the bar area where you can also eat and drink. And it was nice being able to walk around the town to give the dog some exercise.

Last week, we had the pleasure to stay at the Mizpah Hotel with our 2 dogs as we passed through Tonopah on the way home to Oregon. This old hotel is beautifully maintained and has a very friendly, hospitable staff. Its early 20th century decor has been left alone however, those who wish may watch their favorite team on any of the 3 flatscreens in the bar area. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Pittman the evening we checked in

Well preserved and restored hotel. Didn’t have time to view all the photos and artefacts in the lobby. For a dog friendly place, it needs a green dog run. Gravelly parking lot doesn’t cut it.
