Noisy and not clean pet areas

The hotel is located on a noisy highway and the pet room was near the side of the building next to the highway. So request another room away from the highway if you can. Also the pet area was dirty from owners or management no picking up after their pets.

Very nice hotel and area to walk dogs

The hotel room was very spacious (two queen bed room with sofa) and the surrounding area has a pond with walking path around it and a large field for the dogs to run.

Great hotel for dogs

Nice accommodation, good breakfast, area to walk dogs around hotel, and no pet fee for dogs.

Nice Room and Outside Areas for Dogs

Very pet friendly staff (event have an accommodation letter saying they are Pet Friendly prominently displayed). There is plenty of area around the hotel to walk dogs because it is located in a suburban area next to a few restaurants/medical buildings. They also have a pet relief area immediately outside one of the first floor doors.

Great Hotel room and area

We had a very nice room near an exit. The hotel is outside of Louisville downtown, so it was quiet and plenty of green areas and sidewalks to walk the dog.

No Close Area to Walk Pets

We received a very nice room at check in but be aware that the walking areas are limited to very small green areas next to the parking lots. The property sits on a hill and some heavy traffic areas, so be careful if you venture outside the property!

Dont get the Pooch Package

The hotel caters to conferences and weddings, but they have plenty of area to walk dogs because it is a large property.

They have a special package for dogs, but it was not worth it. We received a "Bark Box" which had treats, bone, cheap chew toys, and a dog map of NY which was cute. However, they advertised the package to include a bowl and bed for the dog, which was not in the room when we checked in. I asked about the missing items at the front desk and they had no idea (even though I had to sign a form at check-in saying that we would pay $90 if the items were removed from the room).

The hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of area to walk dogs. Nice rooms with space for family and pets.

Great hotel

The hotel room was nice and large. They also placed us on the second floor near the stairs which led directly to the hotel's pet relief area. There is also plenty of walking areas (sidewalks, trees, grass) near the hotel with low traffic.

Good Hotel

The hotel is located away from the interstate with plenty of area to walk dogs. Room is clean and nice.
