Bad Service

The service was bad. Wanted to get a different room due to safety reasons. The window was wide open and doesn’t lock and it was right next to crates stacked, reaching our window. Gave us no choice but to stay in that room. We were going to move to a different hotel, told us that we have to pay for the room either way. The receptionist was rude on how she handled the situation.
