Booked due to listed pet policy (3 pets) only to be told when we showed up that actually they only allowed max of 2 pets and we couldn't stay. They didn't believe me that their listed policy was 3 pets and didn't apologize. I'm a pretty chill person but that just sucks!!!

The service was bad. Wanted to get a different room due to safety reasons. The window was wide open and doesn’t lock and it was right next to crates stacked, reaching our window. Gave us no choice but to stay in that room. We were going to move to a different hotel, told us that we have to pay for the room either way. The receptionist was rude on how she handled the situation.
