This was perfect for our Frenchie, although there are signs that dogs aren’t allowed on the beach/swimming area.

Rewarding hike around the pond, easy is most parts

Burr pond is rich in history and wildlife. Take your dog hiking around the pond, and it'll take you about an hour. I love this trail and I take my dog on it any chance I get.
Many people are walking the trail as well, a lot with off leash dogs (Even though it's supposed to be on-leash area.) So it's your call, but I suggest only letting your dog off leash if its recall is 110%.
There's also a beach + small picnic area. Enjoy! It's my favorite place to be (:
