Searching for pet friendly hotels on BringFido.com is easy. To start your search, enter your destination, travel dates, and number of travelers in the search box on the homepage and click 'Go'. Or, click on the 'pet friendly hotels' tab at the top of the page, and browse hotels by location using the map at the top of the page.
All hotels listed on BringFido.com are pet friendly, but they may charge an extra fee for your dog or impose restrictions that limit the number, size or type of dogs allowed. Be sure to read the pet policy on the hotel description page before booking a reservation to ensure that you'll be aware of any fees, and that your dog will be welcome when you arrive.
If you need more information on a particular hotel, please call them directly. In most cases, you can find the hotel's email address or phone number on their hotel description page.
Once you've found a hotel you'd like to stay at with Fido, reserving a room is easy. You can call 877-411-FIDO to book a room over the phone, enter the dates of your trip to search availability online, or click through to the hotel's website to complete a reservation with them directly.
Cancellation policies are determined by each hotel individually. In most cases, you can cancel a hotel room within 24 hours of check-in without a penalty, but a $25.00 fee will sometimes apply. Many hotels also charge a fee equal to a one-night stay if you cancel your room less than 24 hours before check-in. If you need to cancel your hotel room, please click through the cancellation link in your confirmation email, enter your Confirmation Number and email address at the top of this page, or contact our customer service team at 877-411-FIDO. We would be happy to assist you.
No. BringFido doesn't charge service fees on reservations or require you to pay a fee to research pet friendly hotels on our site. In most cases, we receive a small commission from the hotel when you book your room on BringFido.com. Please support our site (and keep it free!) by booking your room on BringFido and letting our hotel partners know you found them on our site. Thanks!
BringFido offers a Pet Friendly Guarantee to customers who complete a hotel booking on the Website. The Pet Friendly Guarantee is our promise that: (1) you and your pet(s) will be accommodated in a pet-friendly room when the hotel booking is made with BringFido; and (2) the pet fee charged by the hotel will not exceed the amount quoted on your BringFido reservation confirmation. If you encounter any difficulties at check-in related to a pet-friendly room assignment, please contact us immediately at 877-411-3436 for assistance. In the rare event that a hotel is unable to accommodate a guest traveling with a pet, BringFido, at its sole discretion, will offer to: (a) cancel the existing reservation and reimburse the guest for any associated cancellation penalties; or (b) reimburse the guest for alternative pet care arrangements up to a maximum of USD $250.00. In the event that a hotel imposes a pet fee greater than the amount quoted on a customer's BringFido reservation confirmation, BringFido, at its sole discretion, will offer to: (a) cancel the existing reservation and reimburse the guest for any associated cancellation penalties; or (b) reimburse the guest for the increased fee amount up to a maximum of USD $250.00.
The Pet Friendly Guarantee is applicable only to non-canceled reservations booked on BringFido.com or the BringFido app. The Pet Friendly Guarantee applies to same day bookings (bookings made on the same day as the scheduled check-in date) only if such bookings are made by phone with a member of BringFido's customer service team. The Pet Friendly Guarantee does not apply in the event that a customer books a room type that is inconsistent with the hotel's pet policy information as stated on our website (e.g., customer books a King bed suite when the pet policy specifies that pets are permitted in Queen bed types only). The Pet Friendly Guarantee does not cover fees incurred due to: (a) claims of excess cleaning and/or hotel property damage caused by a customer and/or their pets; (b) pets that exceed stated policy weight limits or maximum pets per guest room; (c) exceptions made by hotel staff for oversized pets or multiple pets per guest room; (d) refundable pet deposits; or (e) undeclared pets. In order to obtain a refund pursuant to our Pet Friendly Guarantee, customers must notify BringFido by phone or email within seven (7) days following check-out and provide a copy of the hotel folio displaying the pet fees charged if applicable. Failure to provide proof of the fees incurred will result in processing delays and possible denial of your claim. Reimbursements are made via bank check within ten (10) days following confirmation of the charges. Questions pertaining to our Pet Friendly Guarantee may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Pet Friendly Guarantee offer may be terminated at any time in BringFido’s sole discretion.
To submit a review of a pet friendly (or not-so-friendly) hotel, restaurant, or attraction you visited recently, simply search for the business you'd like to review at the top of our homepage. After you've located their listing, just click on the 'Submit a Review' link and fill out the form that's displayed. Thanks for taking the time to let fellow travelers with dogs know about your experience!
BringFido posts all users reviews, good or bad. If you feel that a customer submitted an unfair review of your business, we recommend posting a rebuttal to the customer's review on your page explaining your side of the story. If you feel the reviewer has crossed the line, please email email@example.com. Posts that use profanity or are otherwise inappropriate will be considered for removal on a case-by-case basis.

Gift codes can be entered in the "payment section" when making a reservation through BringFido.com. Gift codes are not valid for telephone reservations.
Most of BringFido's freebie items are sent within 1-2 weeks after you complete the reservation (i.e. check out of the hotel). If it seems to be taking too long and you're afraid something might be wrong, please email email@example.com with your name, confirmation number, mailing address, and the item you requested. If you requested a freebie item from one of our sponsors, please contact them directly.
All winners are notified via email or telephone at the conclusion of each contest, or at the end of the month for our monthly drawings. The end date of all contests is posted on the "contest rules" page.
