James Island County Park

A visit to James Island County Park is a great way to spend an afternoon in Charleston with your pup. Said to be the best dog park in Charleston, this park features a dog beach, four acres of open grassy space, a cleaning station, fenced play area for small dogs, and waste stations.

Barc Parc South

This dog park has its own lake for dogs to play in and shade structures for the people. There are small and large dog areas, bathrooms, and another entrance near the small dog area.

Dr. Phillips Dog Park

This much-loved fenced dog park includes separate small dog sectioon, water fountains, and shade trees. Enjoy the lovely views while your pet plays off-leash.

Confederate Point Dog Park

Locals rave about this fenced off-leash dog park, which includes benches, pavilions, plenty of waste disposal stations, doggie drinking fountains and separate small dog area.

Tanner Park

Tanner Park is not an official dog park, but leashed dogs are allowed on the park's many trails (and you do see pups off-leash as well). The park goes down in a gully, and at the bottom there is a bridge where many folks let their dogs off leash to play in the creek. The current is strong, so please use caution. This is not your typical fenced in dog park. It is like hiking in the wilderness. There are no bathrooms or watering areas so be sure to bring your own. There are a number of bag and waste stations. Please be aware that the hike back up and out is not easy if you are not in good shape. The road is dirt & rock.

Beau's Dream Dog Park at Buchanan Park

Completely revamped in August of 2013, this dog park has become a hit with many of the locals. There is a small and large dog area, both with splash pads, a doxi tunnel on the small dog side, and a tennis ball tree that launches tennis balls on the large dog side.

William Davies Park

William Davies Park provides plenty of space for your pup to run off leash and features separate areas for small and large dogs, seating areas, and trees for shade. The park has two sides to it. One side is for small dogs from 20lbs on down, and the other is for big dogs fro 20lbs on up. Nice fenced in area plenty of water, running room, and toys. The parents also have a place to sit and watch their fur-children run wild. There plenty of trees around for some nice shade.

Barber Dog Park

Pets are welcome to play off-leash at this fenced Orlando dog park, which includes a separate small dog area and agility equipment.

Logan Gate Dog Park

One of Hillsborough County's newest dog parks, this park is located in Citrus Park/Carrollwood area. The play area features 5 acres with a 6 foot galvanized chain link fence with double gated entries. The area is split into two separate access areas for small and large dogs. In addition, there are water fountains for people and dogs, picnic tables, shelters, dog washes, a hitching post, and doggie mitt receptacles.

Phil Hardberger Dog Park

This dog park has separate small dog area, benches, rinse area, and drinking water.

Desert Breeze Dog Park

Desert Breeze Dog Park offers fully-fenced separate areas for small dogs (35 lbs or less) and large dogs (over 35 lbs). There are tables, benches and chairs for people to sit and relax while Fido burns off that energy. A hose and doggie bags are also available inside the park.

Buccaneer Beach Park

Leashed dogs are welcome in this small park, but not on the adjacent beach.

Davis Island Dog Park

Dogs are allowed to play off-leash in a designated area of this park, located on Severn Avenue in Tampa.

Timber Creek Park

9 acre fenced dog park for off leash walking inside a 60 acre wooded park. Leashed dogs are allowed on the many trails throughout the area. There is a small lake they can swim in. Playgrounds, restrooms, picnic tables and benches throughout. Paved trails also.

French Broad River Dog Park

One of Asheville's most beautiful parks, the French Broad River Park meanders alongside the tranquil French Broad River, and features a vast area of open green space with old trees, a wildflower garden, a paved trail, a gazebo, picnic tables and grills, an observation deck, and a small playground. The Dog Park features a large fenced-in area made for exercising and socializing your pooch! It is a one acre lot with wood chips, fresh water, and dog waste bags. No separate areas for small and large dogs. There is a great trail system, picnic facilities, and wonderful access to the river for doggy swimming as well!

Stodder's Neck

Stoddard's Neck Dog Park is a fun place for dogs. It is surrounded on three sides by water, an on the front by a 4 foot rock wall. The park is grassy and has trails for you you walk on, woods to romp in, and hills to roll down. The swimming is great too! People bring thier own water (there are bowls everywhere) and poop bag stations are located throughout the park. Most people there are friendly and responsible, and there are benches and picnic tables for them to socialize at as well! Stoddard's Neck is even easy to get to. Just hop on Route 3A, go through Weymouth, and right over the Weymouth/Hingham line. Go just past Abigail Adams Park. Immediatley after a small bridge but BEFORE the Dodge dealership the park in on the opposite side of the road.

Brookdale Dog Park

This huge new dog park is fully fenced with a separate small dog area, agility equipment, running water, waste bags, and gravel mulch.

Shirlington Dog Park

Shirlington Dog Park is a very large park with gates that lead to a stream. Separate areas for large and small dogs to play in. Well maintained area with lots and lots of room for running. It's a little hard to find, but definitely worth the hunt.

Schuylkill River Dog Park

This dog park, located along the Schuylkill River, has separate areas for small and large dogs as well as biodegradable poop bags.

City of Naples Dog Park (Central Bark)

Central Bark, Naples dog park is at Riverside Circle near the intersection of Central Avenue and Goodlette-Frank Road. The park's site is on the northeast corner of Goodlette-Frank Road and Central Avenue. The park is within walking distance of downtown. The park is approximately 2.5 acres and has separate off leash areas for large and small dogs, benches, water fountains for both man and beast, a shaded structure, dog washing stations, poop-bag dispensers, waste cans and plenty of running room.

Riverside Dog Park

Riverside Dog Park offers two fenced areas for dogs. Water and poop bags are available.

Azalea Park Dog Park

This 155-acre park has been developed as one of Asheville's top parks. The John B. Lewis Soccer complex (4 soccer fields) is open with lots more special features to come including trails, picnic areas, disc golf, lakes, a retreat center, the historic Thomas Wolfe cabin and much more. The Dog Park features two separate fenced areas, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Separate Parking for pet owners. There is a gazebo in the large dog area.

Douglas Family Preserve

Douglas Family Preserve is one of two off-leash dog parks in Santa Barbara, CA. This 70-acre property features hiking trails, as well as a beach where your dog can run leash free. Dog owners should bring poop bags and fresh water for their pups.

Meadow Woods dog park

This fenced, off-leash dog park is a convenient place to bring your pet for some exercise. Includes separate areas for large and small pets, water fountains, and walking paths.

Barkingham Park at Reedy Creek Park

This off-leash dog park is loved by both owners and dogs. It's a great spot for dogs to play and run in Charlotte.

Freedom Dog Park

This huge, 20-acre dog park is a great place for your pet to exercise off-leash. The park has benches, parking, and a creek for pets to splash in. Just keep in mind that the park is not fully fenced.

Lake Eola Park

Although technically not a dog park, the nearly 1-mile walking path around Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, Florida is very pet friendly. There are several dog-related events that take place at Lake Eola each year, and almost any time of the day you'll find pet owners taking their four-legged friends for a walk around the lake. Poop bag dispensers are conveniently located around the lake path so that you can clean up after your pet. In addition to the lake path, visitors can also enjoy the swan boats available for rental by the hour and half hour. There is also an amphitheater where concerts and other events are regularly held, as well as a couple of pet-friendly restaurants next to the lake, which will allow you to dine outdoors with your pooch.

Locust Point Dog Park at Latrobe Park

Pets love this Baltimore off-leash dog park, which is fully-fenced with astroturf, trees, rock outcroppings, and a water slide for thrill-loving pups. While there are not separate areas for small and large dogs, the park is reserved for small and senior dogs only every day from 9:00 am-10:00 am and from 3:00 pm-4:00 pm. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your pet.

Chambers Bay Off Leash Park & Beach

There is off-leash beach access area for dogs south of the Bridge (and adjacent to Chambers Bay Golf Course, Home of the 2015 US Open). The entire park is 7 acres with a 1 acre off-leash area. It is maintained and funded by SUNDogs (Safe, Unleashed, Natural), a non profit group in University Place, Washington.

West Park Dog Park

Hillsborough counties first dog park, it is conveniently located in the western part of the county near Tampa International Airport. The play area features 5 acres with a 6 foot galvanized chain link fence with double gated entries. The area is split into two separate access areas for small and large dogs. In addition, there are water fountains for people and dogs, picnic tables, shelters, dog washes, a hitching post, and doggie mitt receptacles. The park has many shade trees, an adjacent children's playground, and baseball fields. This is a great destination for the entire family to enjoy time outside with their favorite pooch.

Pebble Hills Dog Park

Pebble Hills Dog Park is 3 acres and is located at the eastern end of Pebble Hills at Tierra Mina. The Park has two areas for small and large dogs. The parks just had some obstacle course features installed for the dogs and rumors are that there are plans for water fountains. No shade or benches -- at least for now.

Piedmont Dog Park

Piedmont Dog Park is an off-leash park in the downtown area of Atlanta, Georgia. Dogs must be leashed when entering or exiting the off-leash area of the park. Owners must clean up after their pets. No more than 3 dogs per person are permitted in the park. There is a specific area designated for small dogs under 30 pounds. No puppies under 16 weeks old are permitted in the off-leash portion of the park. The park has benches available for owners to sit while their dogs play.

Country Kennels Dawg Water Park

Country Kennels Dawg Water Park has an enormous pebble tech in ground saltwater pool with two beach entries, a baja ledge, diving dock and multiple water spouts. The area is completely fenced for your pets protection. The pool area also has custom made tunnels and hills for your dogs to run and play. You don't have to worry about your pet getting grass or dirt in your car after their play time is over. Our pool grass area is all artificial with sprinklers so their feet don't get hot. There is additionally areas for groups to hold special functions for agility, fly ball or training.

Kaukauna Dog Park

The City of Kaukauna won an award from the State of Wisconsin Recreation Association for their dog park. The 13 acre dog park contains three areas which are all grass-covered. There is a fenced in small dog area, a very large fenced in area for all dogs, and a fenced in pond where dogs can swim. There is also a walking trail around the perimeter of the pond which includes 2 bridges built by local Boy Scouts. The park is well-lit after dark & there are soda machines available for thirsty dog owners. When visiting the park, you will meet many friendly people including those who live nearby and others who drive up to 30 miles to visit. Many other dog parks are closed during the winter so it's very nice to have such a wonderful park that is open all year. The dogs have just as much fun playing together in the fresh-fallen snow as they do in the summer!

Herty Pines Dog Park

Herty Pines Dog Park is fully-fenced with a large common area and a separate section for small dogs who don't feel comfortable around large dogs. Additional features include shade trees, clean up stations, water fountains, and free parking.

Barc Parc North

Your pet will love the chance to exercise off-leash at this fenced dog park with a separate area for small dogs, drinking fountains, and shade.

Southwest Park Dog Park

Your pet will love to roam free over the 2.5 fenced acres of this off-leash dog park, which includes separate sections for large and small dogs as well as fresh water and treats. Fees apply. Use 3403 Wall Road, Greensboro for GPS purposes.

Thorpe Park Bark Park

The Thorpe Park Bark Park is a large 1.5-acre off leash dog park with separate play areas for large and small dogs and agility equipment. The park also has benches and picnic tables. There's plenty of room for Fido and all of his friends to play.

Red Bud Isle

Surrounded by water on three sides, this peninsula provides a great place for pooches to socialize, swim, frolic and wear themselves down. Parking is at a premium, so bring your smaller vehicle. It's advised to bring a towel and some clothes you don't mind getting muddy too.

Lloyd Park

This large, fenced public park has a creek running through the property, which a lot of dogs really enjoy. There is also a separate playground for children and a beach volleyball court.

Wheeler Memorial Dog Park

Locals love this neighborhood off-leash dog park, which is fully fenced with paths, benches, grass, hills, and trees. Bring water as pump was broken at last report.

Quarry Run Dog Park

Quarry Run Dog Park has seven acres of fenced, off-leash play space for dogs and their humans to enjoy. Inside the large fenced area is a smaller fenced area for smaller dogs to play without stress. Outside of the park, there are acres of trails to explore with your leashed dog. Bring your own water and waste bags and be aware that it can get quite muddy after rain.

Parley's Nature Reserve

Parley's Nature Reserve is a great place to go with your dog! A river runs the entire length of the reserve and is available for dogs to get in at various locations. At the end of the dirt road, there is a large swimming hole. Dogs and kids enjoy cooling off here during the hot summer months. Dogs are allowed off-leash in designated areas only.

Barkin' Basin Dog Park at Wayne Bunker Park

Bring your pet for some off-leash fun at this fenced dog park with separate areas for small and large dogs, benches, trees, drinking fountains and water spigots.

Chatfield State Park Off-Leash Dog Area

Chatfield State Park offers 70-acres of off-leash fun. A variety of terrains keep dogs interested in exploring the park. Other park features include multiple trails and ponds. Bring water for your pup and bags to clean up after your dog. There is a fee to enter the state park and an additional nominal fee to use the off-leash area. Annual passes are available for frequent visitors.

Mother Matilda Beasley Dog Park

Bring your pet to run and play off-leash at this fenced dog park in downtown Savannah. Please note that dogs are only allowed in the dog park area on the north end of the park.

North Domingo Baca Dog Park

Spacious park with separate large and small dog areas, plus wood chip ground cover, trees, awnings, benches, and lighting.

PETsMART Dog Park at Washington Park

PETsMART Dog Park at Washington Park is one of the most popular off leash dog parks in Phoenix. At over 2.5 acres, this park is fully fenced with separate entrances and areas for small and large dogs. Watering stations, benches, and mutt mitt dispensers are also on site. Dogs should be kept on leashes until they enter the play area, and owners must pick up after their pets. After heavy rainfall, the park may be closed to allow the turf to dry. Throughout the year, the park is also closed sometimes for flood irrigation. Call for information on wet condition and flood irrigation closure updates.

Broad Ripple Dog Park

Your pet will thank you for the off-leash exercise they'll get at this fenced dog park. Dog park use requires a Pooch Pass which can be purchased at the Broad Ripple Park Office at 1550 Broad Ripple Avenue .

Quail Run Dog Park

Quail Run Dog Park offers separately fenced areas for timid dogs and more active dogs along with benches and water fountains for humans and pups. The dog park is closed on Thursdays for maintenance.

Hillcrest Dog Park

Hillcrest Dog Park is located on the northeast side of Grand Rapids and offers separately fenced areas for small and large dogs, benches, shaded areas, water station (seasonal), and bags for cleanup.

PetSafe Village Dog Park

Knoxville's first dog park at PetSafe Village features agility equipment, a pond, doggy water fountain, walking trails, picnic tables and park benches. This park is just over one acre in size. The park is designated "on leash" only except after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Pearsall Dog Park

Pets are welcome to run and play off-leash inside this fenced dog park, which includes water fountains, picnic tables, waste bags, agility equipment, and fire hydrants. Open daily from 5 am to 11 pm.

Veterans Memorial Park

This 333 acre park was built in honor of Hamilton's veterans in 1977. Approximately four miles of walking trails are sprinkled through wooded areas, and there are more than two miles of paved bicycle trails, intermittent picnic grounds, rest stops, athletic fields, a large lake, huge tennis complex and a dog park. The dog park has a well maintained, fenced-in, off-leash play area. There is a separate enclosure for large and small dogs with double-entry gates. Both areas offer agility equipment and obstacle courses, benches, poop bags and trash receptacles. A doggie water fountain is just outside the dog park entrance. Dogs on leash are welcome outside the dog park.

Warren G. Magnuson Park Off-Leash Dog Area

Magnuson Off-Leash Dog Area is a fully-fenced, 6-acre dog park divided into several smaller areas with access to swim in Lake Washington. Best of all, it's the only dog park in Washington with beach access.

Columbia Dog Park

Dogs are welcome off-leash at this Columbia park, which also has drinking water available. Park open 24 hours and membership gives you access to enter the park with the passcode to a combination lock. This off-leash, fenced in dog park is right beside the Columbia city Animal shelter and even features a new 15 x 12 foot, 3 foot deep doggie pond! The annual pass is $35 gives you unlimited access to the park and pond and a park tag for your dog's collar. McAllister Dog Park

Your pet will love to play off-leash at this fun, fenced-in dog park with fire hydrants, doggie water fountains, and exercise equipment.

Lowry Dog Park

Dogs are allowed to play off-leash in a designated area of this park, located near Lowry Air Force Base.

Southbury Dog Park

The property is located off of Roxbury Road (Route 67) across from the Red Horse Stables. The entrance is through the O & G Industries' entrance, on the right a short distance in. Owners can bring their dogs to enjoy the company of other dogs, to play a game of fetch, or go for a dip in the stream. It is an off-leash area for dogs, but it's not completely fenced in. Wilmington Dog Park at Empie

Wilmington Dog Park at Empie is the first functional off-leash dog park in Wilmington. The park is incorporated into a 2-acre site of unused land within the confines of Empie Park. The park is completely fenced in with two play areas -- one for large dogs and another dog dogs under 20 pounds. There is also water, pet waste stations, and lots of shade. Located on the corner of Independence and Park Ave, Behind Steinmart.

Echo Mountain Off Leash Arena at Grovers Basin

This lovely, fully-fenced off-leash dog park is packed with amenities, including separate areas for large and small dogs, shade trees, benches, and cool running water. Owners must pick up any pet waste immediately. Mutt mitt dog waste dispensers can be found in both the large and small dog areas. In the event of heavy rain, the park may be closed to allow the turf to dry. Call for wet condition closure updates.

Pelham Mill Dog Park

Dog Park located off Hwy 14 at the old Pelham Mills and ReWa WWTF. Includes Large and Small Dog Area, Benches, Water Station, Dog Play Features, Sand Run

Normanskill Farm Dog Park

Off Delaware Avenue, take a left on Mill Road just before the bridge to Delmar and continue straight to the farm, and go all the way back to the Community Garden & Dog Park. Off the beaten track a bit makes for a nice setting for this off leash area. Dogs must be sociable, current on all vaccinations, and under their owner's control at all times. Dogs must be leashed when not in designated off-lead areas.

South Park Dog Park

This fenced dog park has drinking water, pickup bags and benches. Dogs on leash are allowed in most of the rest of this 2000 acre park.

Nate's Point Off-Leash Dog Park

Located in Balboa Park, Nate's Point Off-Leash Dog Park is considered to be one of the best dog parks in the San Diego area. The park is completely fenced. Park amenities include a double-entry gate, drinking fountain, and picnic tables. Nate's Point Off-Leash Dog Park is open 24 hours a day.

Sirius Dog Run

The Sirius Dog Run in Battery Park City's Gateway Plaza area is a great dog run with new paving. It is a beautiful part of the city, and many friendly dogs and their humans love this area. It is named after one of the Rescue Labs that gave his life during the 9-11 search and rescue operations.

Sellwood Riverfront Park

Sellwood Riverfront Park features a 1.5-acre off-leash area that is a great place for dogs to play. Bring poop bags and water for your pets, as they are not provided on site.

Congressman Bill Archer Bark Park

Bring Fido to play off-leash at this fenced dog park, which includes agility equipment, separate small dog area, pond, shade and benches.

Golden Gate Park

Golden Gate Park is one of San Francisco's most popular pet-friendly parks. Dogs have a dedicated off-leash area near the entrance at Fulton St. and 38th Ave. There are four separate off-leash areas: the southeast section between Lincoln Way, King Drive and 2nd and 7th Avenues; the Northeast section at Stanyan and Grove Streets; the Southcentral area between King Drive, Middle Drive, and 34th and 38th Avenues; and the fenced training area at 38th Ave. and Fulton.

Hanscom Park Dog Park

Hanscom Park Dog Park has a small dog area, a large dog area, and an area for regular use. There is a water fountain onsite but it is only on between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The park is located on a hill and there are several trees to provide shade to visitors.

Peter's Park

This new, fenced, off-leash dog park includes a separate area for smaller dogs, benches to rest and relax on, and plenty of clean gravel. This park is over 13,000 square feet which includes a 3,000 square feet small dog area.

Best Friends Dog Park/Chaplin Park

The Islands largest park that includes tree covered benches and two water fountains in each of the fenced areas for small and large dogs.

Dogwood Dog Park

Dogwood Dog Park is a 42-acre space (25 acres of which are currently fenced) that provides fitness, relaxation, and socializing opportunities for both you and your dog. Dogs can run off-leash to their hearts' content in a safe, controlled environment. The off-leash park offers both dogs and their people a variety of recreational and fitness amenities, including dog-swimming ponds, jogging/walking trails, and exercise equipment. Perhaps even more importantly, the off-leash park gives dogs a chance to socialize with others of their own kind. Dogwood Dog Park features the following amenities: a 2-acre swimming lake for dogs, 25 fenced acres with 6-foot chain link fence, huge fields for frisbee and throwing balls, a 4-acre shady area for those hot days, a dog shower for muddy paws, a 10-acre natural wooded area with nature trails, and a small dog area for dogs under 25 pounds with both sunny and shady sections, and Lake Fifi, a small dog swimming pond! There are also 4 lighted acres for use after dark (until 10 pm), a searate 3-acre area that can be rented for parties, playground equipment for dog-friendly kids, and a full agility course.

Harris Ridge Leashless Dog Park

Your pet will love to play off-leash at this new Pflugerville dog park, which is fully fenced and includes agility equipment.

Kellogg-Zaher Sports Complex Dog Park

Pets love to play off-leash at this fenced Las Vegas dog park, which includes a separate area for smaller pets.

Memory Grove Off Leash Area at Freedom Trail

Your pet will have a blast playing off-leash in the designated area of this Salt Lake park, and might take a dip in the creek, though the lake is off-limits for pooches. Not fenced.

Link Piazzo Dog Park at Hidden Valley Regional Park

Rover Run

Rover Run is located at Veterans Community Park. It is the only dog park in Collier County. Small and large dogs have separate fenced-in areas.

Fort Funston

Located on Skyline Blvd, Fort Funston is one of the best places in all of San Francisco to bring your dog for a day of fun. Plenty of open space allows your dog to run free (as long as they are well-behaved and under voice command), and there are several trails, beach areas and other dogs to keep your pup happy. Dogs must be on a leash in the Bank Swallow habitat areas.

Joe Station Dog Park

Joe Station Dog Park offers separately fenced areas for small and large dogs along with lights for nighttime use.

South Mill Pond Dog Park

South Mill Pond has a fenced in, double gated enclosure, where dogs of all sizes can play together. There is a surrounding unfenced off-leash area that borders the west end of the pond as well. Dogs in park must be spayed or neutered. From the city center take Pleasant street and bear right at parking lot. Dog park is in center of park at South Mill Pond.

Oceanside Dog Park

Oceanside Dog Park is maintained by North County Humane Society. The park is close to the dog shelter, so it is best if your dog has all vaccinations for Kennel cough and so on before you visit. Must be spayed/neutered, licenced, non aggressive, and with no contagious conditions. Please pick up after your furry friend.

17th Street Paw Park

17th Street Paw Park is a great off-leash dog park in Sarasota, with water, shade and everything else your pooch needs to play!

Whalon Lake Dog Park

The Forest Preserve District of Will County's 8-acre fenced Whalon Lake Dog Park provides an exercise area where dogs can run free. The Dog Park also features a smaller 2.5-acre park for dogs under 30 pounds. A shelter and benches provide comfort for the canines' human companions. A permit is required for use of the Dog Park. Other amenities at Whalon Lake include multi-purpose trails, picnic shelters, and access to an 80-acre lake for boating and fishing.

Bow Wow Beach

Bow Wow Beach offers a 7 1/2 acre fenced in dog park surrounding a 5 acre lake. There are both beaches and grassy areas, sunny spots and shade, as well as a small dog section for the wee pooches. The city of Stow is safe and the faciltiy is well cared for. Pet waste stations are located througout, as are some benches. There are a set of gates to get into the park thus preventing any escapees or over sealous dogs from entering without thier owner. Another nice feature is the large wash basin and hose located at the entrance/exit. This helps greatly to clean off your dog after he has been rolling around in the sand for 6 hours. Durango Dog Park

This large park with 6 square miles of natural, open space is on the side of Smelter Mountain right in downtown Durango. A stone's throw from the DoubleTree and other dog-friendly hotels, this park is a place where dogs can play in the Animas River and run the trails while you enjoy a great hike. Public parking is located in a dirt lot on the corner of Hwy 160 and El Camino Rio.

Chattanooga Chew Chew Canine Park

Chattanooga Chew Chew Canine Park has lots of greenery, benches, fire hydrants, water fountains, waste removal, and agility equipment. The area is fully-fenced with separate sections for small and large dogs.

Green Valley Forest Preserve

There are actually 2 dog parks here. There is a large area for big dogs and a smaller separate area for small dogs. You have to have a permit to take your dog to these areas. There is water and a nice shaded bench.

Montgomery Township Bark Park

Bark Park is a beautiful fenced in area where dogs can play with each other and their owners. There are obstacles, toys, and picnic tables, a huge tree stump, and a lovely dog statue. The park is split into two sections, one for larger dogs, one for tiny pooches, and each feature a safety zone with double fence doors to protect dogs from taking off. There are trees scattered throughout, and it's far enough off the road to really feel like a secluded park. There's a nicely mulched walk from the ample parking area, and the township even supplies pick-up bags and poop scoopers, with trash cans they service daily. When the weather is nice you're sure to see a crowd!

Dog Park at Haulover Park

The new 3.3-acre dog park features separate enclosures for small and large dogs to exercise off-leash, dog and people water fountains, and pooper scooper stations. There are also benches and doggie play equipment to keep your furry friend busy and happy.

The Tommy Shumpert Park is affiliated with Pet Safe Village and has two separate off-leash fenced in dog parks. One for small dogs (30 lbs and under) and one for dogs of any size. The small dog park has lots of grass and mulch to keep your pup's feet comfy. There are benches and lots of space for small dogs to run around without getting harassed by the big dogs. The "all sizes" area has lots of grass, benches, and a mulch walking trail. It also has a pond with a dock so your dogs can swim around during the hot months. Bring lots of towels because it will get muddy.

Centennial Dog Park

Your pet will go wild for the chance to play off-leash at this fenced dog park, which includes separate small dog area. Dogs must be vaccinated and licensed.

Condado Pet Park

The San Juan Pet Park is located in the Luchetti Street of the Condado Area. It has an agility course for dogs to practice different skills, gazebos, benches, and water fountain for pet owners and dogs. Ther is no other park like this one in the area. Highly recommended!

Rotary Centennial Park Dog Park

Rotary Centennial Park Dog Park is Hernando County's first dog park, located two blocks south of Northcliffe Boulevard and three blocks west of Mariner Boulevard. This is an 8-acre park, with 3-acres that is for dogs only. It offers three separate fenced areas - one for small dogs, one for large dogs and the third for guide, therapy or very shy dogs. Wolf Hill Dog Park - Oceanport NJ

Wolf Hill is home to one of two Off-Leash Dog Areas operated by the Monmouth County Park System. This 4-acre area combines an area for dogs of all sizes as well as an area for smaller dogs weighing 35 lbs or less. Dog waste bags and garbage cans can be found in both dog areas, and there are portable toilets near the parking lot. There is no water source available at the site for dogs and owners, so you have to bring your own water bottles or jugs.

Maryland City Dog Park

Your pet will enjoy meeting other dogs at this fenced, off-leash dog park, which includes separate areas for large and small dogs as well as running water and benches. The dog park is located within Maryland City Park.

Sunnybrook Park

There are also rest areas with poop and water stations and benches. This is a private park that sells 3, 6, 9 or 12 month memberships. 3 visits are allowed before membership is required. Located next to Joe Riley Stadium along the Ashley River, Brittlebank Park features ample space and impressive views of the beautiful Ashley River area. There is a playground, fishing pier, and boat dock. Dogs must be leashed at all times in the park.

Katheryn Abby Hanna Park & Beach

Commonly referred to as Hanna Park, Katheryn Abby Hanna Park welcomes leashed dogs throughout the year in the park and at the beach. This 450-acre park offers a water park, freshwater lake, pet friendly campground, hiking and biking trails, one of Jacksonville's best surfing beaches and more. Most areas of the park are dog friendly. Just keep Fido on a leash (8 feet or less) at all times, clean up after your pup, and obey all posted signs.

Elk Meadow Open Space Bark Park

Elk Meadow Open Space Bark Park is a 107-acre dog park featuring 3.2 miles of trails to explore with Fido. Much of the area is not fenced, but there are two fenced areas totaling approximately 6 acres where dogs can socialize.

NorthBark Dog Park

Torrey Pines Dog Park

Prairie Wolf Dog Park

This is a 44-acre, off-leash area that's fully fenced and includes a pond. There are always lots of dogs here to play with as well.

Vienna Dog Park

The Vienna Dog Park is located at 700 Courthouse Rd, SW. The parking lot is off of Old Courthouse Road. If the lot is full, patrons can park up the hill at the Nottoway Park basketball courts. The Vienna Dog Park offers a doggie & human water fountain, fully shaded Woodchip surface, fully fenced area that's 5 ft high with double gates, and agility equipment (ramp, hoop, hurdles).

Riverview Dog Park

Pets will love to play off-leash at this fenced dog run in Pittsburgh's Riverview Park, located adjacent to the Allegheny Observatory parking lot. Dogs are also welcome in all other areas of the park, on-leash.

Barnegat Light Dog Park

The Barnegat Light Dog Park is on the north end of New Jersey's Long Beach Island. The park has a dual function as ballfield and dog park with a double gated entrance. All dog park users MUST obtain a dog park gate entry card (“Paw Pass”) and a dog park tag. Passes are free for Barnegat Light residents and for non-residents the annual fee is $30 and the weekly fee is $10. Applications for the passes can be obtained at Borough Hall, the Beach Badge Booth (in-season) or on the Borough website. Proof of rabies must be shown, either with a rabies certificate or a current dog license.

Spokanimal Dog Park at High Bridge Park

Spokane's only actual dog park. There is an area for large dogs and an area for small dogs. Please bring a gallon of water with you. Water is supposed to be installed by summer of 2013 but for now it's bring your own.

Millbrook Exchange Dog Park

Millbrook Dog Park, located within Millbrook Exchange Park, offers three separately fenced areas for dogs of all abilities. The larger area provides play space for large or energetic dogs while the small dog area is reserved for elderly, small, or infirm dogs and puppies. There is also a fenced, double-gated picnic shelter area located between the small and large park areas. Millbrook Dog Park is lighted for nighttime use. The park also features a water spigot and buckets.

Dinosaur Caves Park

This 11 acre park is very popular among dog walkers. It has a children's playground, and overlooks the ocean. You can see sea birds resting on the cliffs while walking around the park. It is also popular for art walks on the 1st Sunday of the month.

Cruse Dog Park

Cruse Dog Park offers a 1.5-acre area for small dogs and a 4.5-acre area for large dogs. Registration is required. The annual fee is $25 per dog, maximum of two dogs per person. Daily passes are also available for $10 per dog, per day, maximum of two dogs per person. All applicants must provide a copy of their dog's medical records from a licensed veterinarian for current vaccinations for Parvo, Distemper, and Bordetella. They must also provide a copy of their current Certificate of Rabies vaccine including their rabies tag number. Application forms are available at the Springfield-Greene County Park Board Office, 1923 N. Weller, Springfield, MO 65803 or by calling (417) 864-1049. Daily Passes are available at the Chesterfield Family Center, 2511 W. Republic Road, Springfield, MO. DIRECTIONAL NOTE: The main entrance to Cruse Dog Park is located on Grand, just east of Kansas Expressway.

Frazier Dog Park

Dog Park at Freedom Park

The Dog Park at Freedom Park has 3 sections - all dogs, little dogs and a dog run. It is still new, but cute. When you enter park, make first right follow it all the way to the end to the dog Park. Has water fountains for people and dogs and a clean up station. Park closes at 11.

Gadsden Dog Park

This shady, well-kept Tampa off-leash park is a local favorite. Includes separate areas for large and small dogs, with one area at rest in rotation.

Tempe Sports Complex Dog Park

This is considered the best of Tempe's many off-leash dog parks, a popular spot is a large, fenced area with lovely grass, gravel, and picnic tables.

Otto Armleder Dog Park

Otto Armleder Dog Park is a 10-acre fenced dog park, broken up into three sections. There are two large sections on either side, and a smaller section in the middle for small breeds and puppies. The park rangers rotate the large sides of the park to allow for the grass to regrow about every 3 months or so. Several benches to sit down on, disposals for dog waste, and water spouts for the dogs. Pitbulls are not allowed in the park.

Quiet Waters Park offers two off-leash dog parks for your dog's enjoyment as well as a small dog beach. Dogs are also welcome to join you on the park trails as long as they are leashed. Pierce Island Off Leash Area

Fantastic off leash dog run with walking trails and several water access points with one main, rocky beach. Dogs must respond to voice command and be under control of owner at all times (this is not a fenced in dog park). Great views of the Portsmouth Navy Yard and a great place to watch boat traffic in the port.

Wrentham Dog Park

There is room to run in two fenced areas -- one for small or senior dogs ,and another area for larger dogs. The Lake Heffner area also offeres bike and jogging trails, a fishing dock, and boat slip. Dog park does offer shade and watering stations.

Chimney Park

South Ogden Dog Park at Club Heights

Named for a police dog that died in the line of duty, RJ Dog Park is a fantastic place for your dog to play off leash. Humane Society of Indianapolis Dog Park

Central Indiana's first pet park is on the campus of the Humane Society of Indianapolis. The park is a place for owners to hang out with their pets in a safe, fenced area. Watch Rover romp through the canine agility course while you and your family relax at picnic tables. You can also hike through 1.5 miles of wooded trails. For membership, bring a copy of your pet's current vaccination records, including rabies, and fill out an application. Annual registration is $75 for your first dog and $50 for each additional. You will be given a key fob to the Pet Park, which allows you to use the park even if the shelter is closed.

Hudson Dog Park at Bensons Park

Stephen M. Hussey BarkPark at Country Park

Greensboro's first off-leash dog park was established March 2003 in honor and memory of Stephen M. Hussey, one of the BarkPark Fundraising Committee's founding members. The off-leash area is divided into 3 separate, air-lock gated areas. Open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Ithaca Dog Park

This 4.8 acre off-leash dog park is located on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca, NY and has been popular for the past 30 years, even when it wasn't designated as an official dog park. Dogs get plenty of exercise and have fun running around and playing with other dogs. Dog pools and water are available, as well as doggie waste bags for picking up after your dog. Composting the waste is encouraged. There are a couple of picnic tables and some shady areas. There is now also a fenced in area for smaller dogs. Within close proximity are walking/running trails, the lake and marina, waterfalls, wineries, restaurants, a fitness center, and Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Los Altos Park

Dog park with seperate sections for large and small dogs. Located at the corner of Eubank and I-40. It is a nice little dog park with very friendly people. "Heads up" though -- it is located along the fence line of adult softball fields. Luckily, most of the players know that if a dog gets to a ball they hit over first, he gets to keep it. Open 6 AM to 10 PM.

Granville Dog Park

This huge off-leash dog park includes hills, woods, and grassy areas, as well as a creek and walking trails along the river. The park is fully fenced. Dogs must be licensed and have proof of current rabies vaccination as well as a Dog Exercise Area permit tag attached to collar.

Don Valley Brick Works Park

Built on the site of a former quarry, Don Valley Brick Works Park offers many amenities include an off-leash dog park. Leashed dogs are welcome throughout the park, but dogs can romp without a leash in the dog park beside the parking lot.

MaCaulay Point Park

Once you go past Flemming Beach and Buxton Green to the breakwater it opens up to an off leash paradise for pups and stunning views for their owners. If you want a social gathering head here on a weekday at about 5:30pm and all the locals and their dogs are out. The locals meet on top of the hill but there are 2 looping paths you can walk as well. The inner path is less remarkable but keeps you out of the wind on the days the weather isn't at it's best. The outer path is larger and has stunning views. There are also a few trails down to small beaches, for a cool dip. There is no drinking water at this park so bring a water bottle. The pups get thirsty with all the playing.

Waggin Tails Dog Park at Rotary Park

Rotary Park is adjacent to a wildlife preserve and includes a nature center, with facilities for pet owners, that host multiple programs regarding native plants, native animals, xeroscaping and water conservation. Wagging Tails Dog Park includes an area for small and large dogs, as well as several park benches and shaded areas for owners to socialize while their pets play off leash and interact with other dogs. Dog registration and an annual fee are required to use the city's only dog park. Completed forms and annual dues can be paid in the Rotary Park office from 8 am - 3:30 pm daily.

Rampart Dog Park

Pets go wild for this large off-leash dog park, which is fully fenced with water spigots, mulch hills and benches for owners to relax on.

Duke Street Dog Park

This large, fenced, grassy dog park is a wonderful place to bring your pet to play off-leash. There are plenty of toys on hand, but bring your own water.

Smock Bark Park

Smock Bark Park offers plenty of room for your pup to enjoy off-leash playtime. Pooch Passes are required for entrance. You can purchase a Pooch Pass at Perry Park Office, 451 E. Stop 11 Road.
