Great hike with Cookie. A couple very small streams where she enjoyed getting her feet wet. Nice views.

Loop Trail is 4 mile hike that allows pets. There is a creek, shade trees, and different terrain along way. Beautiful hiking trail! We will definitely be back.

"Pets
To protect this Natural Area, pets are only allowed in the designated day-use picnic areas, the campgrounds, and on the Loop Trail (pets are not allowed on any other trail). Don't leave pets unattended, including in vehicles and at campsites, and keep them on a leash no longer than six feet at all times.” - IsabelJul 7, 2019Beautiful Park
A wonderful park, we love coming here to hike. Thankfully they allow dogs, for when we are traveling through with ours, however not all areas are dog friendly. Our dog enjoyed the trials that are though.
- AdamMore than a year agoNice hike!
Though, pets are no longer allowed on the Enchanted Rock summit trail (because people do not pick up after their pets) the Loop trail was over 4 miles and pet friendly. There is plenty of water opportunities at the beginning and at the end for people and pets. You will need to bring water for the trail. It will take over 3 hours for an average pace to circle the loop. It is a great hike!
