Great hiking but the rougher of the summit trails would probably need to be bigger / younger dogs only. It got too high for our 30-lb medium sized mutt.
If all else fails - the lower trail around the mountain works for all the dogs. Bring water!

This park is great and very well maintained, but be careful with you furry friends! We took our dog on one of the summit trails and between the heat (late June) and excessive use of his paws, his paw pads got really irritated and I felt absolutely horrible. Please learn from our mistakes and be careful with your pooches!!! ❣️

Great place to take my five kids and two dogs. Everyone got some very good physical activity as well as some fun. Lots of picnic tables and shade to eat lunch after your hike. Also had a very nice playground.

Walking trail was paved and wide enough for two adults with two labs on leashes. The trail is short but beautiful. Water fountains for dogs too.

Great hiking- my dog LOVES it even though it's not off leash- but lots of trees and things for him to smell and bark at!
