Very well manicured park that is closer to I-5 than it looks on the map. I stopped at mid-day and it was completely empty. My dogs had a blast.

My chihuahua can walk right between all of the bars of the entire fence around the dog area. The fence is made of widely spaced metal bars. Obsurd for small dogs.
- RebecaMore than a year agoReasonable Off-Leash Area
This fenced off-leash are for dogs is fairly reasonable. The park is very nice and has lots of trees (even some inside the doggy space). There are benches to sit on within the dog area. I would only caution that sometimes the owners of dogs are not too curious. There are no poop-baggie dispensers and some just "don't see" their dogs droppings. The space is just one large area, so be prepared to share with all size and types of dogs. Parking is close and usually good, there are games sometimes on the diamond or fields and that is the only time the parking lot gets too full. Street parking is also available. Closer then you'd think off of I5 if you're traveling it's a nice stopping point.
