- TarriMay 9, 2024We loved Windy Hill Preserve 💖
I found this place on the #BringFido app, and I took my dog here for her birthday! She loved it! So much to investigate and it was gorgeous and peaceful!! We had a wonderful time on our leisure hike. Even saw the sheep along side the hillside (fenced area) which she enjoyed watching LoL. This was easy to find and to get to, we had a fabulous time!! Probably not great for young children.

can get hot as it’s not shaded but great views
- P’s momMore than a year agoA lovely hike
Percy and I set off for Windy Hill armed with very little information, several bottles of water and a salami sandwich. It’s a beautiful hike that takes you alongside a creek and through oaks and pine trees. We spotted a garter snake, a millipede, a wood pecker and some blue jays as we made our way up on the Gulch trail. I was surprised how busy the trail was for a weekday mid morning but folks eventually thinned out. I highly recommend going on a weekday when there’s parking.
- Tony & LeoMore than a year agoGreat park
Just took Leo out to the Preserve this afternoon. We went to the upper entrance off of highway 35 via Page Mill. It would be much quicker to take 84 (LaHonda). Views were amazing, parking plentiful, trails mostly easy to moderate, as you already have made the elevation gain. Will go back.
