Trails in the Wood
The Trails in the Wood pet-friendly trail system in Intervale, NH was developed for education and recreational opportunities, including walking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, maple sugaring and nature observation. Take a walk with your pup and read a story on the Storybook Trail to experience great children’s stories in a unique way. Make sure to keep your dog leashed and clean up after him. An annual or day pass is required.

Really nice walking paths for the whole family. Ours kids loved the story book path, which was shaded, and the pup definitely got a workout. Some steep hills to consider but worth it for us. highly recommend

Beautiful place to walk the dogs! Trails are maintained all year round! This is an early literacy foundation so there are children on the trails, so please be aware of that if your dogs are not friendly!
