Took the yellow trail. The trail starts out well marked but then markings disappear just as you enter the more natural areas. large amounts of water with freaky mini crabs that look like cockroaches. When you finally get to higher ground the trail broke in three directions with no trail markers. I was being attacked by huge flies and realized how dangerous this was for both me and my dog. I turned around and got the hell out of there! would never go back.

Remi our Golden Retriever enjoyed our 4 mile walk on the trails at this park. My spouse and I appreciated that the park is natural but there are some helpful signs, an outhouse/restroom and it’s litter-free. There are some areas that are muddy but we found ways around these.

Hard to find--which would be OK--but then trails are totally dug up by some large equipment and unpassable after a few 100 yards. MUD covered deep tracks with black water--no way to get by. We thought "Florida in it's natural state" signs at entrance was going to be a nice change but not happening!

We had a great time taking our boxer mix out to these trails. Lots of things to explore and my son enjoyed doing some geocaching while we were there.
