Reviews
Visitors generally find Nocatee Fields & Mia Park to be a large, well-maintained dog-friendly space with a paved walking path, grassy areas, and a central pond. They note that while the pond is not recommended for dogs, the overall park provides a nice setting for exercise and recreation.

Fully fenced, walking path all the way around 0.3mi. Few areas with of a lot of grass to play in. Couple of benches for we humans to sit. Some shady areas: some dirt areas for digging. Drainage pond in the middle, just because Nocatee development needs. There was one dog leaving when I got here, otherwise we have it to ourselves and my pup is getting his sniff on. Water bowls, faucet and hose. Solid park.

Paved path around pond, fenced in, water hose!

The dog park is really a very large space compared to other dog parks; however, the vast majority is the pond in the center. There really isn't too much available flat ground for running, playing fetch, etc.

Great part of town. Beautiful park to walk with your dog on a paved path. If the park is empty my kids love to run with the dog. My dog doesn’t like the pond, but I have seen people bring soap and a towel to wash off their dog on the way out.
- KimMore than a year agoBig area around a pond
The park circles a pond, would not recommend dogs in the water due to algae. The area around the pond was approximately a 1/4 mile walk, with a little bridge. Bring your own ball, I only saw old ones in the water. Great for running and minimal shade cover.
