paid $5 and couldn’t use the dog park. I’m handicapped and can’t do long walks at all due to my physical disability. so, it was a waste of our money. I had to get someone else to run my dog for me to get her energy out. there should be something that could be done about the availability of FREE dog parks especially for service dogs.

We drove into the park, paid the $5 to get in, the attendant saw that we had a dog in the car

Beautiful dog park and definitely the largest in our area. However, some of their rules are a little silly. And while it does not affect me personally, not allowing pits is just discriminatory toward an entire breed of dog and really perpetuates the stereotype that pits are "bad and vicious". (Which we know is NOT true). And I don't agree with the rule that a puppy has to be 6 months old. But nonetheless, a great place to let your dog romp off leash.

Great park however not a free park. Will cost $85 for the year which includes access to the dog park ($40) as well as an annual pass to the entire park ($45), otherwise $5 for a day pass. Lots of jogging trails and bike paths. We love going down to the river on hot summer days!
