  Secluded small beach

  Not a very big beach but was perfect for my dog and I. there weren’t any people so I let him roam without his leash and he had a lot of fun. as of 6/22/23 there were signs of erosion and the walk to the beach was very steep otherwise we had a great time.

  Small Roadside Beach

  Great views of the lake. Small beach but nice for pups to see if they are lake pups or not. It’s a slight hike back up to parking but worth the views and sounds of the waves!

  Couldn’t get to it

  Trail to beach ended at a steep slope with signs that read something about bluff erosion. Not sure if there was another way down to the beach, but we didn’t feel safe trying to take our lab down the slope and then figuring out a way back up.

  Nice quick stop

  Stopped by yesterday with my dogs on the way back from GR to Indy, and there was some beach- although only about 6 feet wide. Mt dogs loved it. :)

  Leash On Beach

  This beach is a “Dogs on leash at all times” beach. There is about a .3 mile trail down to the beach from the parking lot, not bad of a walk at all, but if you have a canoe or paddle board just prepare for the small hike uphill back to your vehicle. It was a very nice, COZY beach. There was only about 2-3 feet max of beach for the dogs to run around on but it was tidy and very secluded. The dunes give you natural shade shade until around 3 pm but worth a stop.

  Small quiet lovely beach

  Cozy little beach with a clean shoreline. Private property on both sides of beach. Be prepared to keep you and yours in a tight area if it's busy as the beach area is roughly 6-8 ft wide to water. Room for around 20 cars to park. Seems quiet and friendly.
