Don’t miss the B-17 museum! We were welcomed with dog treats by the docents!

So glad we decided to stop in and see the museum. Everyone was so friendly and the aircraft were amazing. Unfortunately, it was a little too warm to take the Sts outside for too long! Who knew 85 in November!!!!

What an absolutely incredibly breathtaking place to visit. This place is definitely worth it to visit. The history, the planes, the beauty of our military and space is right here. I highly recommend visiting the Pima Air and Space Museum. This place is also incredibly dog friendly and such a leisurely place to walk your dog and see the incredible history of our military. Please, I encourage you to visit again if you have already and to go for the first time if you have not.

This place is amazing and very dog friendly. We had a great time here. Plan to be here for several hours or even half a day. The outside portion is quite large so make sure you have water and maybe boots for your pup. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Super dog friendly and accommodating staff

Kaipo had such a fun time!! very dog friendly, and he loved sniffing all the planes. He even picked out a souvenir. Definitely need to bring water for you and the pooch, and maybe use little booties when walking outside on the hot ground and pebbles.
- DaveFeb 16, 2020Amazing day with our pupper
We are on day 3 of a new rescue in his forever home. He's shy and not socially trained, although well behaved and has good listening skills.
Pima air and space was great. He had plenty of space to explore, staff gave him lots of love, and it's a great walk around.
He even had an accident, and the staff was super cool about it while we grabbed his baggie, and some paper towels to clean up.
He got lots of love here.

Very dog friendly. We went during the summer but they were very accommodating and had doggie water dishes in every building.

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. The planes they have are unreal, there are so so many! We took a tour with a guide, it was brilliant. All of the staff are so knowledgeable friendly and LOVED our dogs. They have water bowls everywhere. There are lots of planes inside and outside so we walked around in the heat for a bit then cooled off in the air conditioned hangars. The staff are wonderful and it’s such an amazing place to visit. A must see if you are in the Tucson area.

We and our coonhound loved the Pima Air

Staff was extremely friendly. My dogs were very comfortable although I recommend going when it's cooler out. Don't forget sunscreen for you AND fido. Although there were plenty of places for the pooches to get water, I'd still recommendbringing some with you.

My medium-sized dog and I enjoyed walking around the museum-although be warned, the outside portions will be very, very hot and fido may not enjoy walking through these portions, considering the effect they will have on his paws. Despite my dogs watchdog (ie, very vocal) mentality, everyone there seemed very understanding and accommodating.

This is a pet friendly place, and all that has been said is correct and I will not bore you with repeating what has been said. What I will ad is if you go and you have big dogs there is no place for them to stay while you go on the tram tours. They have one kennel for a medium size dog or smaller. Also, unless you have protection for your dogs paws summer is a really bad time to go with your dogs. It is just too hot outside for them. The staff is very nice, and it is s a great place to visit.
- MaryMore than a year agoGreat dog friendly tour.
Went here with my large dog over Thanksgiving, and they love having dogs inside and outside. there were several people there with their dogs. Check the website for outside tram tour times (every 2 hours) and try to get a ticket. The outside area is huge and gravel gets hot and not great for dogs paws, we only got half way thru the walking tour before my dog gave up. The staff and volunteers are extremely nice and knowledgable, even if you are not a airplane or history buff, the tour is worth it.
- JessicaMore than a year agoMilo's favorite place.
We went to the Museum not knowing whether or not they would really let us in with our Corgi. We were hesitant even though it stated on their website that they were pet friendly. Not only are they pet friendly but EVERYONE there was so happy to see our four legged friend. All the volunteers that work at the museum wanted to pet Milo, so he was in doggy heaven and some of the guys had biscuits for him too. They were all so welcoming and inviting towards our entire family and the museum is quite impressive as well. Definitely a place we will be going to again!
