There are lots of trails to explore at Anne Springs Close Greenway! It's always a fun adventure and our 2 dogs love going here. There are so many smells! There are a few spots where the dogs can play in the water and cool off. There are horses, donkeys and goats in fenced in pastures along some trails. You may see people riding horses on the trails, so watch where you step since there are horse droppings in certain areas. The staff is always friendly here. There is outdoor seating outside the store/restaurant to sit with your dogs. They have dog bowls full of water outside the store too.

Ilsa & I LOVE Anne Springs. The lake is beautiful. The camping serene. The dog park is great! Definitely worth checking out!

If you are on a long road trip, stop here to stretch and rejuvenate! There is a pavilion for a picnic lunch, but the best feature are the miles and miles of trails and the lake. It is a privately owned park, so there is a small day use fee, but it is a lovely park. My dogs just LOVE going for a walk here. Their little noses go on hyperdrive, especially when we pass the goats, mules and/or horses out grazing. There are a lot of people that ride horses, so watch out for those horse droppings if your dog is a connoisseur of the not-so-finer things. There is also a lake and a creek if your dog needs a quick dip to cool off...you'll probably pass many wet dogs on your hike! Plan ahead and have a towel handy in your car.
