Idyllwild Nature Center

Beautiful scenery to take photos
Idyllwild is an extremely dog-friendly place. The Nature Center offers hands-on activities for children at the museum, and leashed dogs are welcome inside. We had a great time having a picnic lunch at one of their picnic tables. The approximately 2-mile loop trail is easy and showcases beautiful scenery. Don't forget to explore the charming dog-friendly town, where you and your pup can shop, dine at restaurants, or visit the brewery. And one more thing worth mentioning is that their mayor is a dog named Mayor Max!

nice small forested park
Kid-friendly visitor center with a small museum. Nice for a few short easy trails through woodland.
