Tamanawas Falls Trail

Tamanawas Falls Trail, in Mount Hood, OR, is a wonderful pet-friendly hike no matter the time of year. Located in the Mt. Hood National Forest, this snowy 3.5-mile loop takes in Tamanawas Falls, where the water forms a broad curtain from the Cold Spring Creek that pours over a lava cliff near the eastern base of Mount Hood. Parking is limited and can be unsafe in extreme weather, so be careful if you decide to visit during the winter months. Visit Website

    Great location

only reason why I didn’t give it five stars because the directions on the app do not take you to the waterfall just look up the waterfall on Google maps

    Tamanawas Falls

Looking forward to a beautiful hike w/my dog next week. Haven't been there for decades, but it was great with kids along, so should be wonderful..
