- LesaJul 14, 2022Fabulous park!
This is a great park! I think much has changed since the poor reviews from years ago. The park is fully fenced and HUGE. There are shaded areas, it's all dirt, which means no piles of poop missed in the grass. The dog parents are very responsible and nice. There are water taps, with bowls and paved area where the taps are located, with drains. So it doesn't become a mud pit from overflowing water. Our dog LOVED this place, had so much fun, and we could relax knowing she was safe inside a fully fenced area with nice dogs! Highly recommend!
- DebraMar 5, 2022Perfect for wet, winter running and play.
Huge area of sand/dirt which is great because no mud! Dogs that love to run can really run. Not much shade, so can’t speak for summer. Definitely great for winter.
- BrendaApr 10, 2021We love this dog park
This dog park has been updated. It is fully fenced with separate yards for small and large dogs. It has benches and a shaded area. The large dog park is big with lots of room for the dogs to run. Even the small dog side is large enough and our dog, who is medium sized, enjoys both yards. They provide waste bags and water bowls. I've seen water pumps but bring our own water for the shared bowls. The only complaint I would have is that it's all dirt and our dog always needs a bath after playing here. But she loves it and has a great time.

I used to take our dog here at least 4 times a week and he loved it. He ended up sick with Kennel Cough twice in less than 6 months and I found out that there were numerous owners who were not vaccinating their dogs before taking their dogs there. It would be negligent to not vaccinate my animal and to take him somewhere that could expose other people's animals to an illness that he could be carrying, but people who are taking their dogs here seem to have no qualms with getting other animals sick. I love my dog too much to make him suffer through that again. Never going back.

No water or shade in the summer. Just a fenced square of gravel rocks. Owners here don't train their dogs, they're intact and wild. And lately cars have been getting broken into. The park on 128th & Zuni is better.
- DMore than a year agoIt's okay
First of all, the description mentions a creek and pond and I have never seen that or even know where they might be talking about. This park is dry as dry can be, but for the most part, our dogs like going.
They have updated it a little with some old logs/wood for them to play on. I'm hoping when they revitalize it all, they do add some kind of grassy/rocky stuff in there, more like Superior's dog park.
They have water available April 15-October sometime. That is also nice to have.

I like this park a lot, I come 2 or 3 times a week with my girl. I wish there was bark or turf on the ground, but this is a temporary park after all. There will be a permanent one at some point. But until then this is our dog park of choice

It's a great place to let your dog stretch out their legs and run and play - large area to run and chase.
Park is always clean, dogs are always friendly, and owners are always well behaved.
- WilliamMore than a year agowho let the dogs out
kinda run down , but works in a pinch
- StephMore than a year agoDog parks r for DOGS
Too many children running around. There's a park for children just a few feet away but parents insist on taking Them inside the DOG park! It's strange that I would have remove my DOG who gets too excited when children should have to leave?
