Reviews
- JonathanAug 22, 2020It's a typical dog park fenced area
I was hoping there'd also be a decent place for swimming in the adjacent waterfront park, but the shoreline is mostly tress and the gaps are full of bricks and concrete scraps... not very nice. The dog park is fine... jubst not a great place for doggo to swim.
- JohnMar 5, 2019One bad experience, one good.
Weekday morning, visited and there was only one other dog in the park, a Pit Mix who did not heed its owner's commands and ran straight to the gate, snarling and barking. We left.
It is a public park, not "resident's (sic) only."
One year later, another weekday morning, we decided to give it another chance. Sill only one other human, with two dogs, but all were friendly and we had a nice romp.

First off, pay no attention to the review submitted by Lindsay. My pooch ! lulu, and I have been visiting this park daily for over eight years. It is NOT in a gated community. The entire park, which consists of football and soccer fields, basketball and tennis courts, access to the water for small craft, kayaks & paddle boards, is open to the public and is a nice facility.
The mornings tend to be quiet with few incidents. Not sure of the afternoon scene. There is a small dog section also. - BruceburgMore than a year agoNice place
A lot of local people to the fun stuff areas one for large dogs and one for small with wash stations and water fountains trashcan's poop bags and her access road you can walk your dog around the edge long water and it's right behind the tennis courts

This is a nice "smaller" dog park. Completely fenced in and more than enough room to run your pups til their tired! I'd say it's probably about as large as a Football field. Shade to get out of the sun, and a hose & water for pups.
