We came after a big rain and the park was still wonderful. There were a few muddy spots in the dog park, but we could avoid them. It wasn’t overly crowded and everyone present had good voice control over their dog. After we wore our dog out, we were able to walk the paved bike trail (to avoid the mud). It was a super good walk. There were cows along the beginning of the paved trail of that bothers your dog. We can’t wait to come back.

I’ve visited this park several times recently and have always met friendly people. They have a Facebook page and often post when they’re going to the park so you can plan meetups.
my dog always has a great time at this park and rarely has any problems with other dog behaviors (we had one incident of resource guarding a water bowl but that dog was not a regular at the park).

Great free park. kiddie pool was like a doggie hot tub party.

This park gets muddy sometimes but they DO take care of it. As for the fight comment someone left, I disagree. I've only had a problem once and it was 5 or 6 years ago. I've been taking my dogs every week or so since then and had no problems

I love bringing my dog here. They have a big dog run and a small dog run. Both have covered areas for seating and a doggie water fountain and kiddie pool. They added in obstacles for the dogs as well in the big dog run. Great park but definitely not the best location. Far away from all of the businesses in Springield, I don't make the 30 minute drive as often as I'd like.

Poorly kept up. i've seen several dog fights here, one resulting in blood. too bad one bone is the lowest ranking as i will never take my dog there again.

I love this place. There is a kiddie pool for the water loving dogs, an agility area for the training and agility kind of dogs, and lots of room to race around the park. They have doggie pick up bags on site and a doggie water fountain. Everything you could want. The only negative is that it is out of the way and not in a centralized location.
