Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park
Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park is pet-friendly. The park covers about 35 acres and includes several buildings in Atlanta related to the life and work of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. Dogs are welcome on the grounds, just not in the buildings. They may visit the outdoor areas of MLK's birth home, Ebenezer Baptist Church, and are welcome in the rose garden and peace plaza. Dog owners are reminded to clean up any mess left behind. The Visitor Center, Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, and Freedom Hall are open every day of the week from 9am to 5pm.
