  A true gem

  One of the top establishments in all of Castle Rock. This brewery not only brews some of the best options out there, but the owner, Lisa, is an amazing person. While she's an excellent business owner, I have met her and have personally seen how much she offers to the people of Castle Rock. I have been to sooooo many events she has hosted for the Dads of Castle Rock, doing fundraisers for just about anyone in need, she opens her doors and her heart to the people of this town because SHE CARES!!

  This is so hard to find this day in age. Money is great, but she truly wants people to have a place to relax, unwind and be yourself. I know it may sound crazy if you have never been, but this is actually a family atmosphere and I mean you can bring your kiddos and the pups (on leash, of course) to enjoy her hidden gem.

  I have been in business for nearly 30 years and people like Lisa are few and far between. You will often find food trucks here since they don't sell food on site but that's what I love about these guys! They truly support the community and give back.

  The hundreds and hundreds of events at Burly are to support the town. Who does this?! Lisa, thats who! When we live in a world driven by money and popularity, she's driven by her heart and kindness. I am honored to know her and her staff and if it wasn't for these events she often hosts, (including weddings, btw!), I would never have met some of the incredible people in this community. She gives jobs to people who need them, and spreads joy with her tremendous heart. A true gem in every sense of the word, and the brewery ain't bad, either. ;)

  Great for dogs

  my dog loves coming here! They have bowls for dogs to get some water, dog treats just to give and for sale. Your dogs are welcome inside the brewery and outside on the patio.

  Dog friendly is an understatement

  Ever been to a brewery that has BLANKETS for your dog to lay on?? Dogs are welcome inside and out. Water bowls and treats are also available, the bartender was super nice and inclusive of the pups. They also have a large beer selection. The interior has lots of windows so lots of natural light, clean and casual rustic decor. Most days they have a food truck outside. Will absolutely return when in the area and recommend.
