Our dog Joey learned to swim at Quiet Waters Dog Park and this winter we checked out Canine Fitness Center as a cold weather stop for fun. It was terrific. Each dog gets his own pool for 15 to 30 minutes. Their is a ramp that goes down into the water and lots of toys to play with. If you don't have a flotation vest, there are ones you can borrow. They also have neck wraps to keep your dogs head above water. When the swim is done, they rinse off and dry your pup and bring it back. Great fun for dogs who can swim, and a place where you can teach your dog to swim. It also has physical therapy options for injured or older dogs.
