The park is difficult to find it took me 3 tries to find it. The dog park is not visible when you finally find it. Better signage for sure. It is tucked in the woods and isolated. No running water so bring your own. It is a large park with agility equipment. I wont be back.

One of the Nicer Dog park's I have been to, the one thing that drive's me nuts is people seem to let their dogs dig big holes in the park. Please watch after your dogs and be respectful.

I've never seen another dog at this park and my dog no longer wants to go thete. There is no sunlight and my first time there a tick dropped onto my lap. I would think that a town like Essex would have a wonderful park but this is not it. Waterford much better.

wood chips have been added along with benches. It has been cleaned up. It was a mess during the winter months. Nice shaded area to take the dogs.

I love this park, and have gone a lot - however, not a lot of people use it! The lower parking lot is now open again, but some of the people who have been going in the winter have left it a mess, and no one has cleaned it up - bags of dog poop are hanging on the fence and lying on the ground, and the baggie containers (mailboxes) are stuffed full of filled bags, as well! There are no pick up bags anymore, no trash barrel, and pieces of broken plastic, etc. all over the larger park - quite dangerous to dogs!! Wood chips are needed, as well, as it is a muddy mess in places. I am very disappointed lately in my visits there - it needs care and attention if we plan on keeping it open. Please help!!
