Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park in St. George Island, FL, is dog friendly. This barrier island on Apalachicola Bay offers both sunset views and stargazing. Pets are allowed in the campground, on paved surfaces, and on nature trails, but they cannot enter the facility buildings, pavilions, or the beach. Dogs must stay leashed.     Great Little Hike

    I brought my 2 dogs on the East Slough Trail. Practically no one was on the trail. Easy, beautiful hike. Nature at its’ finest! Highly recommend!
