I go here because nothing else around. Sketchy. and I’m sorry I’m not paying a dime for my dog to run in a fence in the ghetto.

Ridgway Bark Park was renovated in October 2013. The footprint of the dog park was moved closer to the center of the park and a 6' chain link fence erected around the larger of the two enclosures. The big park has a covered shelter with two benches and 4 other benches scattered around the enclosure. Both the big park and the smaller park have a drinking fountain, dog water bowl, and a hose. The little park has a 4' chain link fence around it.
We go to Ridgway almost daily. The enclosure provides a safe off leash play area for my dogs.
The City of Hampton Parks and Recreation requires users to pay $10 a year for one dog and $5 for each additional dog.

Decent park if you don't have a yard of your own. Nothing exciting about it. It's right off a major road. There are a couple of water spouts for hydrating tired pooches, and a separate areas for little yappy dogs. There's also a "Warning, Member's Only" sign when you enter, but I wouldn't pay a dollar to be a member of this park. It's frequented more often by people doing shady things in their cars in the parking lot than it is by famlies with their pets.
