Huron National Wildlife Refuge
Bring Fido to check out the pet-friendly Huron National Wildlife Refuge, located off of Seney, MI. This 147-acre area spans across eight islands, but all islands are closed to the public except Lighthouse Island. Leashed dogs are welcome to join you on a walk through the land, which provides refuge for migratory birds and other wildlife. Pups must be on a six-foot leash at all times and cleaned up after. Please note the Refuge is only accessible by boat.
