Mont Alto State Forest
Bring Fido to the dog-friendly Mont Alto State Forest in Mont Alto, PA. Leashed furry friends are welcome at this recreation area, which is one of the oldest state forests in Pennsylvania, and originally spanned over 7,000 acres. You and Fido will find over 20 miles of hiking trails, plus a campground, picnic areas, and plenty of space to explore. Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.
